About the role
We are working with a wonderful Nursery in Crawley who are seeking a full time Trainee Nursery Assistant to work Monday to Friday, all year round. As a Trainee Nursery Assistant you will be given full training whilst working in the role. You will be required to work with children aged 0-5 and will be expected to work shifts between 8am - 6pm, which can vary each week. As part of this nursery you will be entitled to a discounted rate for your own childcare, if needed.

Located in 4.5 acres of garden and woodland, the property retains many of its stunning original features, such as windows, fireplaces and Horsham stone roof whilst benefiting from being completely refurbished to our very high standards.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Trainee Nursery Assistant you will:
- To be able to work in either Nursery, Primary, Secondary or SEND
- Have a passion for supporting and helping children
- Be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
- Be committed to completing the required training and participating in ongoing CPD.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
