Are you a financial planning administrator seeking the next step in your career?
Recruit UK are proud to be working with a prestigious wealth management firm that are recruiting for a Trainee Paraplanner. This will be a varied role and allow you to develop your skillset further, providing support to Financial Planners and writing suitability reports.
The ideal candidate will be midlands-based but work from home on a remote basis.
Duties will include:
- Research and prepare reports for the financial adviser
- Updating the CRM and ensuring this is compliant
- Processing new business
- Assist with quotations and illustrations
- Preparing suitability reports
- Undertaking product and fund research
- Liaising with clients and Financial Planning team throughout the advice process, helping to manage the client relationship
- Managing and prioritising tasks and workload

Skills and experience required:
- Previous financial planning administration experience
- At least one pass towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning required
- Proficient use of Excel
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
