Job Description:

As a Trainee Production Operative, you will support our production team in various tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Main Duties (but not limited to):

• Working as part of a flexible team in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the manufacturing process from order through to delivery.
• Working in a safety-first manner at all times.
• Ensuring the quality of product exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintaining high attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.
• Working to customer delivery deadlines.

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of safe systems of work and health & safety legislation.
• Previous experience of printing within a manufacturing environment.
• Fork lift truck driving licence.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
