Trainee Property Manager - Harborne - Salary £23,000 to £25,000

Then this role could well suit you, I am looking for 2 people to work in a very busy office in central Harborne working within Property Management.
The role will involve
- Answering the telephone
- Arranging work to be carried out but local trasdespeople within the company portfolio of private rentals and Student Lets
- Talking to Landlords to agree work to be done
- Paperwork
- Imputting jobs onto the system ( you will work on a Lettings CRM System)
- Talking to tenants
- Dealing with sometimes difficult problems that need solving
- Ideally you will be able to drive but not essential.
- you must be 100% a team player
