SalaryJob Overview:
We are seeking a Trainee QS to join our Residential Developer surveying Team in Sevenoaks, Kent.
The ideal candidate will be a reasonable daily commute from Sevenoaks, Kent up to 1 hour.
The Successful candidate will get the opportunity to work with one of the Regions fastest growing Developers working alongside an experienced Surveying Team delivering new build, Conversion and Grade II Listed Refurbishment projects.

Experience:
- Ideally 6 Months with a Developer /Contactor under your belt as a Trainee QS.
- HNC underway or Scheduled to start.
- Familiarity with SharePoint - is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe.
- Strong communication skills with good phone etiquette
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Please Note this is a 5 day per week office based role.
