We are recruiting for a well-established medium sized contractor based in Brentwood, Essex. They specialise in high-end bespoke houses in Essex and the Home Counties.
They require a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Brentwood, Essex. This is an immediate start for the right candidate.
This is a growing company, looking for the right person that they can train up and be with them for many years. They are a really good company to work with and have some great projects.
Requirements
Computer literate, experience with excel, word and outlook
Ability to use own initiative and work without supervision at times
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build excellent relationships with both clients and sub-contractors
Some level of experience working in the construction industry
This is a full-time permanent position.
Salary
Up to £30,000 per annum
