Trainee Recruitment Consultant

CV Screen is currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our experienced team of recruiters based in Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire. The role would suit a School Leaver or Graduate looking for their first role, or potentially you're looking for a career change?No cold calling will be required as we generate both inbound and repeat business that will enable you to work on live vacancies from day one. You will also receive mentoring from the team to ensure you succeed within the role.

SALARYWe are looking at a basic salary of up to GBP22,000, with a fantastic commission scheme providing an excellent opportunity to earn more than GBP32,000 in Year 1. The experienced Recruiters within the business earn more than GBP60,000, and excellent prospects exist for the successful candidate.

WHERE IS THE ROLE BASED?Our office is in Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire and our preference is for candidates to be office based 5 days a week, that said, we do have some team members working on a hybrid basis, with an average of 3 days per week based in the office, so we are open to hear your requirements.

WHAT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED?

We are open with regards to your background, the role would suit a School Leaver, someone who has just finished their apprenticeship or a recent Graduate looking for their first role, but equally we're open to those looking for a career change.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

YOUR DUTIES

- Interviewing candidates.- Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and CV Databases.- Writing adverts- Updating company database.

SALARY

- Basic Salary to GBP22,000, realistic OTE GBP32,000 in Year 1- Rising to GBP40,000 in Year 2 and earnings of GBP60,000+ are achievable by Years 3+ as your amount of repeat business increases).- Pension, 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), flexible working, and free on-site parking.- Hours - 37 hours per week (flexible working arrangements available, including the opportunity to work part-time)

LOCATION

Amersham Buckinghamshire (ideally 5 days a week in the office)On site parking is available.
