The Role: A career as a Recruitment Consultant is dynamic, rewarding, and fast-paced - the harder you work, the more success you achieve. Responsibilities include:
- Utilising sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients through networking.
- Scheduling and attending appointments across the UK.
- Identifying and approaching suitable candidates through advertising, reviewing applications, managing interviews, and short-listing candidates.
- Coordinating client interviews and gathering feedback.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates to provide top-notch service and generate repeat business opportunities.
As a Recruitment Consultant, no two days are alike. Adaptability and multitasking abilities are essential. Your day may involve cold-calling for new business, managing interviews, and sourcing candidates for active job openings. This requires an organised and flexible approach to prioritise and adapt as needed.

The Package:
- Location: London
- 1st Year Expected Earnings (OTE): £23,000 (basic salary) - £40,000
- 2nd Year Expected Earnings (OTE): £40,000 - £70,000
- 3rd Year Expected Earnings (OTE): £70,000 - £100,000
