SalaryWe are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team of experienced consultants and administrators in our Central Bristol office. From this location we specialise in the following sectors: driving / logistics, industrial (warehouse, production operatives) and technical / engineering.
- £22,000 - £23,500 per annum basic, DoE
- Uncapped competitive commission structure
- 24 days holiday per year (+ Bank holidays) PLUS your birthday off!
- Earn an extra day of annual leave for each calendar year you work, for up to 5 years
- Support to achieve professional qualifications (REC/IRP)
- Central Bristol office with car parking available – conditions apply
About the job
- No previous experience in recruitment is necessary, as we offer excellent training and mentorship
- Managing and building relationships with our large active client base and their key contacts
- Recruiting, interviewing and managing temporary workers
- Developing your business in the industrial sector – with a focus on quality over quantity
- Consulting with clients and candidates to provide solutions to recruitment needs
- Regularly visiting clients to gain new business and maintain relationships
- Dealing with Payroll for temporary workers and invoicing clients.
The right candidate
- Previous experience in a role such as sales, administration or any customer-facing role like customer service, hospitality, retail
- Excellent teamworking skills
- IT literate
- Ability to communicate with colleagues, candidates and clients at all levels
