Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our experienced team and take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

·         Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings with potential clients.

·         Cold Calling: Reaching out to prospective clients to introduce our recruitment services and fact find.

·         New Business Development: Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand our client base.

·         Email Campaigns: Crafting and sending professional emails to clients and candidates.

·         CRM Management: Updating and maintaining our CRM system to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
