Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you are an intermediary between companies looking to recruit (clients) and people seeking a new career (candidates). Primarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards and quick results. You will be speaking to clients and candidates on a daily basis, matching CVs and people to jobs. You will be meeting clients, networking, using social media and job boards and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

You will join our Recruitment Fundamentals university, a training programme overseen by our dedicated talent & development team. In this, you will receive a mixture of online, classroom and on-the-job training whilst having the support of our management team who will help you make the transition from Trainee to Consultant
