Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide effective solutions.
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of permanent and temporary roles across multiple sectors.
- Negotiate salaries and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for clients and candidates.
- Offer expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Utilise sales, business development, and recruitment skills to expand your client and candidate portfolio.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
