As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, specializing in placing carers and nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates within the carer and nursing field through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for available positions.
- Facilitate the placement process, ensuring a seamless transition for both candidates and clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and care organizations to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their unique requirements, providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as a consultant to clients, offering insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices within the healthcare sector.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in healthcare to anticipate and respond to market demands.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategic recruitment approaches.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions, client communications, and placements in the company's database.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Sales / customer service / admin experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A genuine interest in the healthcare sector and a passion for making a positive impact.
