Salary: 30K with uncapped commission and the potential to receive fabulous rewards!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for quality sales people or fresh graduates to become Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

The role is exciting and varied! You will be responsible for business development, bringing in new client business via cold calling and networking. You will be sourcing candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking and the company database. This is primarily a sales role. You will be selling at every stage of the process! You will be selling candidates to clients and clients to candidates. Once you match the highest quality candidates with your clients you will then negotiate and close the deals to get your commission!!

With uncapped commission, the sky is the limit in terms of you salary. You will receive a competitive base salary and realistic take home earnings are £50k year one, £75k year two and £100k+ year three! Career progression is also fast and extensive. You will become team leader within 18 months, manager within three years and director level within five.

This is an Entry Level role you do not need recruitment consultancy experience, but to be successful Recruitment consultant you will need to show specific traits. You will need strong work ethic - Do you ALWAYS give 100%? Are you money hunger - Will bringing in commission be enough to keep you working hard for 10 hours a day five days a week? You need to be resilience - When have you had to overcome difficulty? Are you competitiveness - Do you always have to be the best? You will need to be driven - Do you want to make the most money you can and get as far as you can in your career?

Ideally you will have:

• 2:1 or above in any discipline from 2012/2013/2014
• Direct sales experience (Not retail) - Not essential
