TRM is exclusively partnered with a specialist technology recruitment firm looking to add 5 more ambitious trainees to the growing business in January.

Founded in 2016, the business is currently 8 in size looking to consistently grow year on year with opportunities to be a future leader and an integral member of the team.

Who they are:

• Financial services recruitment agency specialising in placing quantitative analysts into large hedge fund in the US
• Dealing with high fee sizes averaging around 70k
• Market leaders in their niche - established a strong reputation in their sector
• Founders have 20 years of experience in the technology recruitment space
• They bring a huge amount of top billing experience - opportunity to learn how to bill large amounts

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent sales experience (6 months minimum)
• Evidence of resilience and work ethic
• Eligible to work in the UK
• A strong communicator
• Professional and articulate
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
• Extracurricular activities (ideally sports)
