I heard recruitment can be repetitive, what’s my day like as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
When recruiters are disorganised or going through the motions, the tasks may seem repetitive. Successful recruiters are on the phone speaking to a lot of people - and no two people are the same. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be:
- Sourcing and Screening: Identify top talent in Healthcare through various methods and sourcing channels.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates, becoming their trusted advisor and agreeing regular and consistent communication.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to job offer and negotiations.
- Networking: Engage with passive and active talent by multiple communication methods: client meetings, conferences, emails, and phone calls to generate new business streams.
