Previous experience in recruitment is not necessary, most our our colleagues worked in a variety of customer focused sectors such as retail, hospitality, property/estate agency. I am recruiting for the Property and Construction sectors, so if you have a background or interest in these sectors, that would be advantageous.
Estate Agency, Property Management, or a Sales background in particular.

We also provide a company laptop and Iphone, hybrid working, Monday to Friday, no weekends, closest Merseyrail station is Bootle Oriel Road, excellent public transport links and ample parking. 
Everpool Recruitment is holding a group assessment at the end of May. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the industry, job and business and demonstrate your suitability.

Duties:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Utilise various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Skills:

- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Demonstrate the ability to generate leads and attract qualified candidates
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
