Based in our modern, Reading Town Centre office, you will be assisting our experienced consultants in sourcing and interviewing top talent, advertising job opportunities, networking to generate leads and working closely with your colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
The role is perfect for recent graduates or college leavers looking for a lucrative Recruitment career, no experience is required as a full and comprehensive training program is provided with financial rewards even before you Graduate to a Qualified Recruitment Consultant.

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Basic + up to 40% UNCAPPED commission + Car Allowance + many, many more fun and financial incentives!
