Anderson Scott Solutions is a Specialised Permanent Recruitment business. We have opportunities for highly driven and ambitious individuals looking to start their careers within the recruitment industry. These are excellent opportunities for a recent college leaver or University graduate with retail/ hospitality experience and keen to get office experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough telephone interviews with candidates
• Proactively identifying, matching, resourcing candidates suitable for current roles within UK and Overseas.
• Using multiple online job boards and responding to adverts applications.
• Scheduling candidate interviews including sending emails and interview confirmations
• Updating Excel database spreadsheets
• Working towards set objectives

Key Competences Required

• Must be able to cope with high volume calls with candidates
• Strong IT skills - competent with computer systems, must be able to use MS Word & advanced Excel
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Must have sense of urgency and good pace of work
• A fast learner and be able to work on multiple systems
• This is a full time in office role - not hybrid. Therefore candidates must be based locally to wolverhampton.

Benefits

37.5 hours per week

Flexible or part time working hours considered

Up to 25 days holiday plus statutory (birthdays off and annual holiday increment)

Shut down over Christmas period
