Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of homecare professionals and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of client care, including creating and implementing care plans
- Administer medications and provide medical treatments as needed
- Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and doctors, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate clients' needs and adjust care plans accordingly
- Monitor client progress and make recommendations for changes in care as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards for homecare services
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
-Willing to do level 5 diploma in Leadership and management
- Previous experience in nursing home or homecare management preferred
- Strong knowledge of senior care practices and principles
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to develop and implement care plans based on individual client needs
- Proficient in medication administration and medical treatments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
