Job Title: Residential Care Home Manager
Location: Chatham, Kent
Salary: Up to £40,000
Are you an experienced and dedicated care professional with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others? I am currently seeking a dynamic Residential Care Home Manager to lead a team and uphold the highest standards of care at a Residential care home in Chatham, Kent.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the residential care home, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents.
Manage and lead a team of compassionate and skilled care staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Develop and implement care plans, tailored to individual resident needs, in consultation with the wider healthcare team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for residents and staff alike.
Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting or a Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.
A relevant qualification in health or social care (NVQ Level 4 or above).
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices.
