The role
Salary: £24375-£25956 (+ bonus)
Location: Birmingham
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
The Trainee Resourcer at our Talent Hub plays a pivotal role in sourcing/qualifying candidates across various sectors, to establish robust talent pools for our client's needs.
Utilising contemporary, innovative sourcing techniques and maintaining candidate engagement, this requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and ability to meet targets.
The role is critical to the success of the organisation, ensuring the ability to act swiftly to customer requirements.

What you'll be doing
High Volume Sourcing - finding the niche talent for specific business sectors within high-demand settings, with the best AI tools
Sourcing Technologies and Techniques - employ diverse sourcing methodologies including advertising, job board searches, re- connecting with dormant candidates, creating and managing LinkedIn groups, and executing headhunting strategies.
Candidate Qualification - conduct interviews, RTW checks, and references, ensuring candidates are compliant.
Database - Input all registered candidates into the system, organising CV formats, interviewing notes, and scheduling call lists.
Support Sales Consultants - assist in CV screening, offer candidate profiles, and liaise with hiring managers.
Weekly meetings - collaborate regularly to review new candidates, highlight prospects, evaluate quality, and assess job descriptions.
Candidate engagement - manage candidate call lists to maintain ongoing communication throughout the recruitment process.
About you
Confidence - comfortable talking to people, making calls, and have a customer service background or be confident in speaking to people.
Communication - strong interpersonal and communication abilities to establish rapport, conduct interviews, and extract key information.
Tech - strong desire to adapt technology including AI to improve efficiency, high level competence with IT/technology.
Inquisitive - curiosity-driven, intrigued by uncovering candidate details during interviews.
Attention to detail - meticulous attention to detail and the ability to review and edit CV's.
Performance-driven - comfortable working to targets, driven to meet and exceed them alongside the ambition to develop.
