Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Answer Sales Calls
- Answer Customer Service Queries
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports
- Assist with document preparation, including formatting, editing, and proofreading
- Chasing Suppliers
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Answer Emails
- Purchasing
- Booking Labels
- Quote Chasing
- Assist with document preparation, including formatting, editing, and proofreading

Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
