We are currently recruiting for Maternity cover as a Sales and Administration Assistant to be based at our depot in Leicester.
As a Sales and Administration Assistant you will provide support to the depot operations team to ensure a smooth day to day running of the depot.
Job Description:
- Processing Sales and purchase orders
- Sending email order confirmations
- Liaising with customers regarding any queries on orders and ensuring we are correctly interpreting their requirements
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining good levels of communication with customers
- Proactive telephoning of potential prospects or lost customers to assist with sales
- Assisting with all incoming Depot calls
Skills Required
· Very good communication skills with a confident telephone manner
· Excellent self-management and planning skills
· Good use of Microsoft Office
· Self-motivated
· Ability to work under pressure
The hours for this role are 8:00am – 4.00pm with an hour’s lunch break
A starting salary of £24,000p.a will be paid.
