Job Description:
The Trainee Sales Administrator will be given full training, and you will provide various administration support for the customer orders.
Other responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Administrator will include:
- Supporting Account Managers with sales functions
- Dealing with customer orders and supporting with any queries including delivery delays and shipping/tracking queries
- Logging orders onto the order management system
- Liaising with external clients to provide quotes and updates
- Liaising with the internal ordering team to receive order updates
- Supporting with creating presentations for the Sales team
- Using an internal CRM and various platforms

Salary: GBP21,000 - GBP22,000 Per Annum
