Salary: Basic GBP16,000 OTE GBP22,000 - GBP25,00
About the Role: Our clients are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Trainee Sales Consultant in their Ebbsfleet office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the dynamic field of estate agency.
While sales experience is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
You will need to own a car and be able to use this for business
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client relationships and property sales processes
- Conduct property viewings and provide information to potential buyers
- Support senior Sales Consultants in negotiating offers and closing sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office targets and objectives
- Actively promote and market properties to attract potential buyers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and development
- Willingness to work weekends as part of the regular schedule
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in estate agency

Salary Details
- Basic Salary: GBP16,000.00 per annum
- On Target Earnings (OTE): GBP20,000.00 per annum
- Quarterly bonus of GBP500.00 if office targets are met
- Referral bonus of GBP100.00
- Additional bonuses for solicitor and financial services referrals
- 28 days of annual leave

Working Hours:
- Working 5 out of 7 days, including one weekend day
