The Trainee Sales Executive role:
Our Customer Experience Team builds and retains long-term relationships with customers and provides a seamless journey that is defined and led by the customer. Through this excellent customer experience, customers will keep coming back to us while spreading the good news about their experience.
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you are key to the team’s success in delivering that experience through every step of our customer’s journey. Our One Team approach ensures that we all meet their needs and wishes from the purchase of a new or used vehicle or through the life of the vehicle’s requirements, offering total customer ownership.

Key Highlights of the Role:
+ Ensuring we provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times,
+ Assisting with general showroom activities
+ Welcoming and greeting all customers to your Centre
+ Qualifying the desires and wishes of the customer and guiding them in the right direction
+ Understanding the importance of all aspects of the relationship with the customer
+ Assisting the customer with understanding our unique in-car technology
+ Working with and assisting other members of the team
+ Getting involved with all activities that raise the profile of our Centre, such as those in the community promoting the Toyota brand and attracting new customers.
What we are looking for:
+ A full UK driving licence
+ Eligibility to work in the UK
+ Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes
+ High standards of verbal and written communication
+ Good level of general education - at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent)
+ Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills
+ Previous work experience within a sales environment would be beneficial
+ Interests that support your work life balance
