Trainee Customer Service Advisor Required in Epsom

• Salary: Up to £27,000 Basic + Training 
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm - no weekends

Role and Responsibilities Of The Service Advisor:

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with inquiries, service bookings, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Learn and understand the products and services offered by the company.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Complete training programs to develop skills as a Service Advisor.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements Of The Service Advisor:

• Some interest in cars and customer service is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and be trained as a Service Advisor.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
