Role and Responsibilities Of The Service Advisor:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries, service bookings, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Learn and understand the products and services offered by the company.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Complete training programs to develop skills as a Service Advisor.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Some interest in cars and customer service is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and be trained as a Service Advisor.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Competitive salary of up to £27,000 Basic.
