SalaryThe Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Trainee Surveyor for their client based in Dundee on a Permanent basis.
Pay rate: £25,000 - £35,000
Location: Dundee (Covering the Tayside Area)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 4pm
Contract: Permanent
Day in the life of a Trainee Surveyor:
- Carry out surveys in domestic, local authority and social housing properties
- Prepare comprehensive reports using word templates, work schedules, plan drawings, and estimates on excel templates
- Presenting reports
- Service branch enquiries relating to property defects
What we are looking for:
- Full UK Driving licence
- A graduate in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or similar
- Experience working within the construction industry
- Willingness to learn, take instruction and learn on the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
