Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Trainee Teachers located in one of our Alliance schools, which include primary and secondary schools in Winchester, UK.
As a Trainee Teacher, you will be responsible for working with experienced teachers to learn how to plan and deliver lessons effectively and engagingly, assess students' progress and development, and create a safe and supportive learning environment for students. You will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced teachers, and participate in professional development opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge.
Trainees who follow the School Based Training Programme are based in a school but are not employed by that institution. Course fees are paid by trainees although funding is often available through tuition fee loans, bursaries or scholarships.
