What is the initial role?
In short, a Trainee Packager is the most important role held at Loans Warehouse in our opinion and the perfect stepping stone into that role.
You be trained on all aspects of underwriting and packaging cases to lenders' specifications, delegating third party tasks, and liaising between the adviser and client to ensure the best possible outcome is delivered.
You will work directly with various Second Charge / Bridging lenders and the relationships you build with each of them is as important as that with your team or clients. You will have a team of experienced packagers around you to give support and training.
You will receive regular lender training from Roving Underwriters and BDM’s continually on site.
