This is a brand-new opportunity for someone who has recently gained their OCDEA accreditation and is looking to kick their career by joining a well-established energy consultancy that will provide further training and a flexible work-life balance.
The ideal Junior OCDEA will:
- Have a 'Can-Do' attitude
- Have their OCDEA accreditation (ideally)
- Have a working knowledge of the Energy Assessment industry and EPCs.
- Be a good communicator for verbal and written correspondence.
- Have the ability to provide high levels of customer service in a busy technical environment.
About the role:
Your role will be working as part of the OCDEA support team to proactively offer high level and consistent front-line support to our members through the provision of excellent technical support, mainly by telephone and email communications. There will also be opportunities to get involved with other projects and help with auditing, training, and events.
