Join Centre for Governance and Scrutiny (CfGS), a leading social purpose consultancy, as our new Training and Development Manager. You will play a key role in a respected organisation with a national reach and a diverse portfolio of projects, with a remit to create and deliver meaningful, impactful Training and Development programmes. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact how public sector governance is shaped and scrutinized, making it both meaningful and impactful on a local and national level.
Your responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and delivery of diverse and comprehensive training solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients. You will innovate and engage through the creation of dynamic learning and Development programmes that enhance knowledge and develop skills.
As a key member of staff, you will drive the expansion of our training portfolio by integrating modern methodologies such as coaching, mentoring, and action learning. You will be working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, that values innovation and ethical practices and gain unique opportunities for professional development and intellectual growth.
