About You
- You will have experience in the installation of passive fire protection and flexible wall systems and be confident in training internal and external individuals in different environments.
- With practical skills for using tools within a construction environment, you will have a good understanding of products used in both active and passive fire protection systems.
- You will be a through and through people person, with the ability to confidently present, advise and demonstrate in front of a group of people.
- With both excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be proactive and patient in your approach to training others.
- Having a good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel is essential for this position, you will also be required to use external apps and a CRM, so technical ability is key.
- Clean driving licence is essential.
About the Job
- After gaining an expert knowledge on the business’s product, you will be required to deliver theory and practical training.
- You will create and manage an overall training plan using the CRM system, this will also include record management such as reporting feedback, change requests and continuous improvement.
- The role will also involve attending exhibitions and providing examples of instillations there.
- You will be required to conduct and report site audits and the inspection of products.
- UK wide travel several days at a time will be required for this position.
