The role:
We are currently looking for an individual to join the Day ShiftCleaning Team as a Team Leader based at the Neville Hill depot, Leeds. The Day Shift team play an essential role in ensuring a high level of service is met and as a Team Leader you will be supervising and guiding the team to achieve their set standards. This is a hands-on role and involves taking part in interior deep cleaning, toilet bleaching and ensuring touch points and contact areas meet hygiene standards .
The shift hours are 0700-1700 on a seven-day roster.

Pay Rate & Benefits
The pay rate for the Team Leader position will be at �12.73 per hour on an initial 6-month basis.

About You

Ideally, you will be experienced within a vehicle/industrial or house cleaning environment. Having been in a similar Team Leader role in a previous job will also be welcomed. Strong leadership and good communication are vital is this role as you will be overseeing a variety of individuals to achieve set targets.
You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering a clean and safe environment clean for customers.
The Day Shift is on a seven-day roster covering the times of 0700-1700 there for you must be flexible to work on a changing work pattern, overtime is often available at managements discretion.
Training is provided covering depot protection, site safety and cleaning solutions. Work is undertaken in a safety critical environment so you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
