Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing Training and Consulting firm who design and deliver training workshops and consulting assignments in the UK and globally. They have a staff of 33 and around 60 trainers they call upon to deliver their workshops.
At the point at which a project in won, the Training Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring the right trainers/facilitators are deployed to ensure successful delivery of workshops.
It's a rewarding role - where you have to be highly organised, able to juggle lots of things at once and be able to liaise effectively with clients and trainers.
The role is paying £24000 - £26400 plus a tax free bonus of £3600 paid every December plus a company bonus of up to 5% plus fantastic benefits.
We are looking for someone available at very short notice, ideally able to start immediately.
Duties include
- Resourcing all workshops and consultancy work in a cost effective manner using CMAP to ensure the most appropriate people are used for work
- Communicating clearly with key stakeholders internally
- Clear and timely communication with clients to ensure dates are submitted, agreed, logged internally and communications sent to facilitators
- CMAP Resourcing superuser, ensuring we are using CMAP in the most efficient way - suggest improvements where needed
- To ensure there are no staffing gaps and there is optimal utilisation of FTE, ensuring FTE billable days are met
- To play a vital role in the planning and scheduling stage of projects
Skills/Experience
- Experience of working in an office
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritise and juggle a busy workload
- Good IT skills, able to pick systems up quickly
