AddressCogent Staffing are recruiting for a Training Manager (Training staff on resin build products) on behalf of our client based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of between £32,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on experience) with a plan for long term progression within the company.
It is essential as the Training Manager you have existing knowledge and experience of working in the resin building material industry. The successful Training Manager candidate will have an opportunity to develop within the company.
Shift/salary:
- Monday to Friday – Full time permanent role
- On site role
- Working hours – 8:00am to 4:00pm
- £32,000-£38,000 salary
The role:
- Create and develop product training programs.
- Deliver engaging and interactive product knowledge sessions to customers.
- Training the internal teams, both in-person and online.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities.
- Evaluate the post training period through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Communicate with internal teams e.g. product development, marketing, and customer support.. keeping them up to date with the latest product changes.
- Provide ongoing support via extensive product knowledge to customers and internal teams when required.
- Continuously improve and update training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
The candidate:
- Essential to have industry knowledge – resin coatings, paint industry, spraying, resin bound or render systems.
- Evidence of technical knowledge associated to the resin products.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for our premium products.
- Excellent people skills.
- Full UK driving license.
