An established Global Aerospace company requires a Training Coordinator to join a friendly team within the business on a fixed term contract basis. As the Training Coordinator will you be responsible for creation and delivery of internal regulatory training with the following responsibilities:
- Deliver regulatory courses as part of the working week
- Provide training data for senior management, along with weekly updates on lapsed competencies
- Identify training requirements and report to site management
- Facilitate internal induction program
- Check regulatory updates to incorporate these into internal training
- Review employee training needs, and ensure there are no lapses in experience across the whole site
- Support the wider compliance team with audit schedules
- Manage internal and corrective actions
To be successful within the role of Training Coordinator you will:
- Be proficient in delivering regulatory training at all levels across an organisation
- Strong presentation skills
- Understanding of Regulatory requirements within the Aerospace sector- such as AS9100, EASA, FAA and CAA regulations
- Experience in Internal Auditing - desirable
