Location: Gene Therapy Innovation & Manufacturing Centre (GTIMC) Summary: Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated, well organised and goal driven individual to join a newly established Gene Therapy Innovation & Manufacturing Centre (GTIMC). The Training Lead role provides an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of the GTIMC’s Vision. The GTIMC is one of three cutting-edge innovation hubs in the UK dedicated to advancing the clinical development of new genetic treatments for millions of patients with life-threatening diseases. The three hubs form a national network coordinated by the LifeArc and the Medical Research Council (MRC). The GTIMC is looking to recruit a Training Lead to establish and coordinate a site wide training program, to ensure GMP compliance. Reporting to the Head of GMP, the role is to develop and maintain a sequential schedule of training requirements in line with GMP regulations. The successful candidate will ensure the full competence of all staff performing duties across multifunctional cleanroom/warehouse/quality teams.
