Revenue Capacity Executive 

We’re the largest Holiday Park Operator in the UK and BIG plans to keep growing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Revenue Executive to drive success by managing innovative, forward-thinking ideas around our owner recruitment initiatives and a customer-first approach to creating industry-leading schemes that result in both holiday happy customers and great revenue results.

What you will be doing:  

  • Supporting park teams to ensure loading targets are met, working collaboratively to ensure required numbers are delivered 
  • Accurately and effectively updating Owner Loading Schemes 
  • Providing regular insight to management to shape action plans 
  • Delivering monthly owner income information 
  • Providing direction to our Owners Team to support in ensuring the required volume of owners throughout the year to meet targets. 
  • Support on the creation of our Owner Letting Schemes specifications, agreements and T&C’s 

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:  

  • Revenue experience is desirable but not essential. 
  • Experience managing or leading projects. 
  • Understanding of capacity/product is desirable 
  • Written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to understand, interpret and report large data sets
