- Leading and supporting training data collection, collation and reporting to provide the wider project and the senior leadership team with metrics highlighting and issues and potential solutionsProviding oversight and management of the Part 145 Critical Authorisation management dashboard, Suitably Qualified and Experienced People (SQEP) recording toolset and mandated training matrixManaging and briefing the induction processOrdering, controlling and distributing the company PPE and work wear. Will be required to order and work with suppliersDriving Part 145 Staff development and progression in line with type training, vendor courses, licensing and support and Certifying staff requirements. Aid to progression planningProviding input into the monthly Business Operations and Safety Compliance Assurance Review (SCAR) as requiredAdding in the induction process when requiredDemonstrating a flexible and proactive attitude to carrying out responsibilities appropriate to the role and takes direction appropriately
- IT Literate, must be very proficient in the design and manipulation of Powerpoint, Excel and WordAbility to interpret large amount of data and information, to make informed recommendationsPrevious Project Management or Business Operations experience
- Knowledge of the Part 145 training systemRequires broad and in-depth product knowledge/competency within own technical/subject area. Awareness of how the team integrates with others in order to achieve the overall objectives of the area and demonstrates an understanding of the requirement for Authorisations and mandated training requirements.Knowledge of maintenance training and the authorisation processEnsure personal compliance with the risk assessments, SHE policies and procedures
