Job description

We are seeking a great people-person and very capable birdwatcher, with experience of helping others to improve their birdwatching skills. Inspiring birdwatchers to connect with BTO, support our impactful work and take part in our surveys is at the heart of what we do. The successful candidate will join a team based at BTO headquarters in Thetford who develop and deliver a range of engaging educational activities, both in person and online. This will be on a fixed term contract, for 2 years, although we hope to extend or make this post permanent should the demand continue.

This position is based at our HQ in Thetford, Norfolk, although you will be able to work from home part of the time on a hybrid working regime.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • £28,644 per annum
  • Annual leave entitlement on starting is 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata if part time).
