The role holder will be responsible for:
•Conducting training needs analysis and identifying knowledge gaps.
•Developing course outlines, learning objectives, and assessments.
•Creating engaging multimedia content (e.g., presentations, simulations, videos).
•Mentoring junior instructional designers, content developers and providing guidance.
- Instructional Design: Analyse learning needs, craft instructional strategies, and design the overall blueprintf or training programs. This includes choosing the most suitable format (eLearning, instructor-led training and blended learning) and incorporating learning principles.
- Content Development: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform knowledge into clear, engaging learning materials. This might involve scripting, storyboarding, and crafting interactive elements.
- Management: Oversee the development process for training materials. This involves managing resources, collaborating with various teams (e.g. SME, Content/ Web Developers etc.), and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Quality: review and assess course materials to maintain high quality standards. Ensure the content is accurate, aligns with learning objectives, and adheres to accessibility guidelines

- Proven presentation skills- both verbal and written
Experience
- Up to 3 years of experience in similar role
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Experience with various learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
- Experience of managing delivery of offshore team
