Key Responsibilities
- Being the Team Leader for the safety services training delivery team across a broad section of contracts and business sectors.
- Pro-actively advising and supporting management (with emphasis on legal compliance).
- Supporting the design and delivery of consistent and concise training materials to capture key client messages and processes.
- Delivery of SHE training both internally / externally.
- Participating in regular training review meetings, delivering presentations and briefings as required.
- Supporting departmental projects as defined by the Training Manager(s) inc. audit processes, new course development, planning.
- To actively support and develop new Instructors, maintaining records as appropriate and giving guidance on ITC & CPD completion
- To act as technical support to the Training Department & Sales Department
- Managing the training equipment and storage areas ensuring all equipment is inspected and controlled as per legal requirements
- Promoting the Training Department and company as a whole in seeking new business

The ideal Training Team Leader will be/have
- Experienced Work at Height Instructor (5+ years minimum)
- Relevant Health & Safety Qualifications
- Minimum PTTLS / Level 3 Education & Training or equivalent
- Experience of delivering SHE training
- Assessor qualification (TAQA 3)
- IQA Qualification preferred or working towards
- Experience of coaching/development
- Experience of Team Leadership
