Transaction Manager

We are looking for a Transaction or Retail Manager to join our high performing sales team at Porsche Centre Swindon and take our sales experience to the next level.

If you are a proven performer in automotive sales and have the ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills, we would like to hear from you. This role involves motivating our sales team to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and delivering a solid financial performance.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Oversee customer retention and incremental Finance income, to ensure maximum opportunities for our Sales Executives.
• Sales of insurance products and other value-added packages in line with the Company KPI’s.
• Ensure the team is working in an FCA compliant manner.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the sales process is driven forward with 100% referral.
• Measure and monitor your performance with accurate logging and reporting of figures to Senior Management.

• Strong organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met.
• Professional and confident when handling enquiries.
