SalaryCarpenter Multi required - domestic property maintenance response repairs
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs
- Would be ideal to have a knowledge of Carpentry, with experience of the following an advantage
- Basic Plumbing, patch repairs, tiling, lock replacements, UPVC / Glazing repairs
Requirements:
- Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
- Full tool set
- Full driving license
- Van and fuel card provided
