With over 350 professionals in the UK, IAG is renowned for its expertise in financial, business, and regulatory advisory services for infrastructure investments. This award-winning group provides strategic, financial, and commercial advice across Transport, Power & Utilities, and Social Infrastructure.
The Manager, Transactions - Power & Utilities will:
- Advise on large, complex transactions leveraging expertise across the P&U team.
- Provide financial advice on transactions and originate advisory mandates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, primarily infrastructure and pension funds.
- Build strong internal and external networks to promote services.
- Ensure adherence to quality and risk management standards.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
The Manager, Transactions - Power & Utilities requirements:
- Experience in transactions within utilities and infrastructure, with an M&A or Consulting background.
- Deep understanding of transaction processes and execution.
- Knowledge of the UK utilities and energy sectors, including key market segments and value drivers.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and valuation methods.
- Ability to perform under pressure during live transactions.
