Description
- undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, Corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness
- representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network
- recruiting and developing staff
Profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- 5+ years of Transaction Services experience
- Track record of winning work
- Desire to build something
