Transaction Services Manager

Your new role As a Transactional Services (TS) Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing corporate finance services for clients, and managing and mentoring a team of professionals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential buyers, identifying and evaluating potential transaction opportunities, and providing strategic advice to clients on TS-related matters. As a Manager, you will have a larger team to manage and be responsible for leading and executing high-profile and complex transactions.
What you\'ll need to succeed

• A professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA)
• 5+ years of experience for TS Manager and 8+ for Manager in corporate finance, with a focus on TS
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and due diligence techniques
• Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and other financial analysis software
• Strong leadership, management and mentoring skills for both roles
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development and new client acquisition
