As Manager, Transformation you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing transformation projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Horizon scanning: Identifying and evaluating complementary or disruptive technologies and supporting the development of partnership of acquisition strategies.
- Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of tech trials and transformation projects to ensure successful completion.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure all transformation initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to report on progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success and manage project budgets.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of transformation projects, using KPIs and other metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned from transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or transformation roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Ability to travel as needed.
