Transformation Manager

As Manager, Transformation you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing transformation projects across the organization.

The ideal candidate is passionate about new technologies, maintains an active interest in AI/Automation technologies, and has a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You have a strong background in project management and strategy, demonstrate excellence in stakeholder management, and have a proven track record of driving organizational change. Key Responsibilities

• Horizon scanning: Identifying and evaluating complementary or disruptive technologies and supporting the development of partnership of acquisition strategies. 
• Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of tech trials and transformation projects to ensure successful completion. 
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure all transformation initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. 
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to report on progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations. 
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success and manage project budgets. 
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success. 
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of transformation projects, using KPIs and other metrics to assess effectiveness. 
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. 
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned from transformation initiatives. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or transformation roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. 
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable. 
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practices. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Excellent verbal and written English. 
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. 
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
